I Alice Mort, widow of Ralph Mort in the township of Little Hulton in the county of Lancaster. I give and devise unto my grandaughter Martha Halliday the bed I now lie in and the great spinning wheel and twenty spindles. Also my Best Cloak and Best quilted coat. Also my Best Silk Hat and Lawn Apron and handkerchief. Also I give and devise all the remaining part of my waring Apparel unto my two grand daughters Martha Greenhalgh and Alice Bradshaw to be divided between them share and share alike. Also all the money arising from the sale of my goods I give and devise unto Christopher Mort one fourth part, unto Joseph mort one fourth part, unto Ralph Mort one fourth part, and unto John Halliday deceased, his children Ann Halliday, George Halliday and Alice Halliday one fourth part to be devised amongst them share and share alike. Also I give and devise unto John Mort one shilling. Also I do nominate constitute and appoint Ralph Mort, weaver of Little Hulton and John Hope of Boothstown in the county of Lancaster, yeoman executors.
