In the name of God Amen, I Joseph Mort of Manchester, callender do publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in mannor and form following. First I will that all my just debts, funeral expenses and charge of the probate hereof be paid and discharged by my executrix hereafter named. All the restresidue and remainder of my lands messuage or tenement situate lying and being in Manchester aforesaid commonly called or known by the name of South hill field or Longworths folly together will my seal and personal estateof what kind. I give and bequeath the same and every part and parcel thereof unto my dear wife Martha her heirs, Executis, Administrors and Assigns for her and their own use and benefit. And lastly I do nominate my said dear wife Martha sole Executrix set my hand and seal the twentieth day of March, 1765 signed Joseph Mort.
